Deuteronomy 29:29 (NKJV)
29 The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but those things which are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.
When I was a kid, the hardest thing to do was to keep a secret. It is a morsel that is worth chewing on over and over again. If it pertained to birthday gifts, it was over! Mom knew not to tell me what she got for someone else because in my excitement I was certainly going to tell them!
There is just something about a secret…and God has some! Not every secret in the universe is meant for us to know, at least not yet, however, there are things that God has hidden for us to find. They are called the revealed things.
IN THIS PRAYER TIME
We cover a lot of territory in our prayer time. We pray over secret things, revealed things, hidden things, exposure and guarding the secret plans of the Lord for our lives.
One area that I felt was really important to the people of God is the part about keeping the vision God gives you to yourself until your faith is built up for it. You need to be able to withstand the people in the stadium seats of your life who will only tell you why you cannot fulfill it. There is a time for the plans to be released. Therefore, you must only share the “secret plan of the Lord” for your live with very few. Those few need to be people who can pray with you over the matter as your faith builds for it. We pray about this in the video. Put your name and plans in that part and let God impart wisdom to you concerning the future plan.
I think you will find this prayer time rich with the truth of God. I’m hoping you will hang with me!
