This prayer time comes in the context of the pandemic, but I put it separate because it is relevant to the church in any day in the future that it is compromised by “Jezebel”.
Jezebel is not just a person; it is a group of demon spirits that will use people inside the church of the Lord Jesus Christ. This prayer time will lead you through the scriptures as we pray and help give understanding to your heart.
Jezebel’s name is used because there was a real Jezebel in the Old Testament. She was an evil queen married to Ahab who was a wicked man. They were over the nation of Israel. Jezebel’s father was a priest of Baal who got the Sidonian throne through treachery. His daughter didn’t fall far from the tree of her father. She introduced Baal worship nationally and killed the true God’s prophets. You can read about it is 2 Kings 16.
As a result, you will hear me pray about a Jezebel spirit that has attributes of the Old Testament evil queen as a reference to the demons and ungodly people inside the church who use influence to push a godless agenda.
